  1. Do you feel like you live a balanced life? What are the 3 memorable words for the Balanced Life Triangle?
  2. Read Luke 6:12-19: Discuss how Jesus gave us an example of living in balance: Up, In, and Out.
  3. How is your Up, In, and Out. Discuss how you are doing in all three areas. Which area(s) do you feel you are strong? Which area(s) do you feel weak?
  4. How do you feel your group is doing with the Up, In, and Out?
  5. Why do you feel the Out (the Mission) is missing most often?

A LIFE WORTH IMITATING

  1. Read John 15:5 and share why abiding is important?
  2. Share what speaks to you about the statement “Learning to work from rest."
  3. The more you want to pour out and bear fruit is the level you should invest in abiding? How is your abiding going in your life? Remember we want you to lead from the overflow of what God is doing in your life.

MULTIPLYING LIFE

  1. Write out the 4 steps of the “Multiplying Life” as we see in the example Christ set for us.
  2. Think of a person or two you can start walking out these four steps.
  3. Read Matthew 28:18-20 and remember you are living out the Great Commission in Scripture.
  4. Remember not to get lazy with the people you are leading but to follow up (do an after action report). Take notes and encourage and challenge. Where can you start applying these steps in your current leadership? 
  5. Who have you had the conversation with about leading them through D1, D2, D3, D4?

CONCLUSION
