On-Demand Barre Classes

Northwood Women's Wellness is excited to bring our very popular Barre Class online for you to enjoy anytime.

Barre is a hybrid workout class combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of pilates, dance, yoga, and strength training. Women of all fitness levels will find a place to improve their strength, balance, and overall health.

Some helpful things to have handy are a water bottle, a chair, a small ball, slider, yoga mat, and small hand weights.
