  • Kids

Northwood Kids has safe, fun, and exciting environments where children from 6 weeks old to 5th grade experience the love of Jesus in a powerful way. It's where we nurture, teach, and train children about the power of God’s Word and how it can change our lives. In these environments, we use video, drama, costumes, stories, toys, games, songs, crafts, and other tools to help kids understand God's love for them and His great plan for their future.

  • Young Adults

Volunteer Needs: We’re especially looking for older, seasoned saints within our congregation who feel called to help pour into and mentor our young adult community. In addition, we need week-to-week volunteers to assist with event support (set up/tear down), hospitality (greetings & connection team), creative opportunities (photography, design, & outreach), and event planning—all to help serve and strengthen the young adults within our ministry.

Frequency: Opportunities range from weekly (primarily Thursdays) to monthly or event-based needs.

What We Do: The Young Adults Ministry (ages 18–29) exists to affirm, invite, and welcome anyone in this age group who is seeking Christ-centered community both inside and outside the church. To learn more about our ministry’s rhythms and opportunities, we encourage people to visit wearenorthwood.com/youngadults.

  • Music

Serving on the worship team is about more than just singing or playing an instrument. It’s about helping people connect with God. When you join the team, you become part of something bigger. You help create a space where people can worship freely and experience God’s presence.

We believe worship is a lifestyle. That means we lead with our hearts, not just our talents. We come prepared, we encourage each other, and we stay focused on pointing everything back to Jesus.

If you feel called to use your musical or technical gifts, we would love to help you grow and find your place on the team. Whether you’re a vocalist, musician, or someone who loves sound and production, there’s a spot for you here.

Whatever your passion is, you can make all the difference.
