Melba Coward

Melba Coward has been a member of Northwood Church since 1987.  She has been married to her husband, Gene, for 47 years and they have two children, son Jordan and daughter Aubrey.  They also have two grandchildren, Emery and Ethan, who currently attend Northwood Academy.

Melba retired from Civil Service after 42 years working at the Charleston Air Force Base.  When she's not helping run their family business, she enjoys working jigsaw puzzles at record speed.

For Melba, Northwood Church feels like home.  She loves meeting new people and has led the Indoor Greeter Team for over 20 years.
