Thomas VanDeusen

Elder

Thomas VanDeusen has been a part of Northwood Church since 1981. He and his wife have been married for 46 years and are blessed with three children and eleven grandchildren. Their family is deeply rooted in ministry—his daughter and son-in-law serve as pastors at Echo Church in San Jose, CA, his first son is a teacher in Tulsa, OK, and his second son and his family are missionaries in Mexico. Their oldest grandson is serving in the Marines, while two others are currently in college.

What Thomas loves most about Northwood is the atmosphere of worship, where people can freely seek God without reservation or judgment. He has also found great joy in witnessing how God has raised up Pastor Rodney into his current leadership role at Northwood Church.
