Brittany Cladovan

Youth Assistant Director

Brittany Cladovan has been in ministry for 15 years—10 of those vocationally—combining her passion for people with a deep love for learning. She earned her Master’s in Organizational Psychology in 2020, driven by a desire to see the Church thrive in health and leadership.

Outside of work, Brittany is a wife to Patrick and a mom to Charlotte, Bella, and Tru. She enjoys reading, walking, and spending time outdoors.

Brittany loves Northwood because of its leadership—anchored in loving God and loving people—and she deeply values the care and respect given to families. She holds onto Psalm 24 and the wisdom that “My heart for God is my greatest gift to others” (Richard Crisco).

Fun fact: As the oldest of four, Brittany fully embraces her role as the stereotypical firstborn—never the life of the party, and perfectly fine with that!
