Patrick Cladovan

Youth Pastor

Patrick Cladovan has been serving in youth ministry for nearly a decade and is passionate about leading the next generation to grow in their faith. He holds a degree in Biblical Studies with a minor in Biblical Languages from Evangel University and is currently pursuing his Master of Divinity (MDiv.).

Outside of ministry, Patrick’s greatest joy is his family. He and his wife, Brittany, have been married for ten years and love raising their three amazing kids—Charlotte, Bella, and Petru (Tru). A sports enthusiast, he’s a die-hard Green Bay Packers and Duke basketball fan and enjoys playing beach volleyball, making coastal life a dream come true.

What Patrick loves most about Northwood is the incredible team, the welcoming church family, and the thriving youth ministry. He is inspired by passages like Ephesians 6:10-20 and John 8:1-11, which shape his faith and leadership.

Fun fact: Patrick played trumpet in jazz and concert band for 13 years!
