Rachel Burchard

Youth Assistant

Rachel Burchard has been part of Northwood’s youth ministry for over 15 years, passionately investing in students and helping them grow closer to God. Her heart for young people and her love for creative expression make her a valuable part of the team, bringing energy and vision to everything she does.

Outside of ministry, Rachel enjoys home design and tackling DIY projects around her house. She also loves spending time with her family, creating lasting memories, and hunting for unique finds while antiquing. When she’s not immersed in a good book, she’s likely enjoying time with friends or working on her next creative project.

Rachel loves being part of a team that pours into students and leaders, and she is inspired daily by 1 John 4:18: "There is no fear in love, but perfect love drives out fear."
