Staff Culture Specialist

Tracy Richard has spent over 35 years in ministry, serving in a variety of roles while also working as a registered nurse. Since joining the Northwood Church staff in 2022, she has been dedicated to fostering a healthy and thriving staff culture, bringing care, wisdom, and encouragement to the team.

Married to Rodney for over 35 years, Tracy is a proud mother of three adult children and "Gigi" to eight wonderful grandchildren. Her happy place is anywhere with her family, where she finds joy in the little moments together.

She loves experiencing God’s creativity through the diversity at Northwood and around the world. Whether bringing hope to those who are struggling, celebrating with others, or supporting a team member in need, she considers it a privilege to serve wherever God leads. She holds onto Proverbs 4:23: "Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it."

Fun fact: Tracy loves to sew!
