Kevin Fletcher

CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

Kevin joined Northwood Church in July 2024, bringing with him a wealth of experience from the business world. Having started his career in sales and marketing and later leading companies in senior roles, Kevin now focuses on ensuring the church’s resources are maximized to serve God’s mission effectively.

Outside of work, Kevin enjoys being outdoors and working on mechanical projects. He and his wife, Shari, have had an adventurous journey together, moving 12 times over the years. Kevin is inspired by Philippians 4:13: “I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength.”
